HP Gas consumers can call up from a landline/mobile and book their refill/register their complaint (by entering their Distributor Telephone Number and Consumer Number).

For unregistered customer

1. Make call to the IVR Number.

2. Select your language option

3. Enter the dealer land line number without STD Code

4. Enter the consumer Number

5. Enter 1 for book refill.

6. If the booking done successfully, then the IVR System will play the booking number and ask for set the called number as personal registration.

7. Your mobile No. now can be registered by pressing 1

For registered user

1. Make call to IVR Number

2. Confirm your consumer number

3. Enter 1 for book refill

4. If the booking done successfully, then the IVR System will play the booking number note down the booking number

When you book for refill cylinder by using mobile, you will receive an SMS confirming the Booking of refill cylinder with booking reference number along with pending refill booking cleared date.

When cash memo of your refill booking generated by the distributor, you will receive an SMS with cash memo No. date, type of cash memo (subsidised / non-subsidised) and it’s amount.

When the cylinder is delivered, you will receive an SMS confirming the delivery of the refill cylinder with delivery date and cash memo No.
